The Key

Project: Brand strategy, market research, visual identity, website, in collaboration with Bell.

When: 2007

What: TDA & NCSL requested a brand strategy with supporting visual identity for an online service they were jointly creating. The SLS (Senior Leaders Service) is to provide a single central resource for answers to development issues quicker, clearer and richer in content than existing sources. But the needs and benefits of the SLS were not clear and a compelling proposition for the service not evident.

How: Facilitated and ran a strategic planning process based on stakeholder insights and creative workshop. Having developed a set of possible propositions, conducted research focus groups to test ideas and inform CEO sign off process.

Outcome: The creation of a new online service for senior leadership teams called 'The Key'.
