QUALITY POLICY

Marque Wing Limited was established in 2002 to provide independent consultancy advice to both large and small client organisations, either directly or in collaboration with other creative service businesses.

We specialise in creating ‘marques of excellence’ that help our clients market themselves, their products and services, more effectively as a brand. We do this by providing bespoke strategic consultancy and creative management services which help shape the complete range of communications for all audience groups and across all delivery channels.

Quality is important to our business. We value our customers and will always strive to provide them with services that meet and even exceed their expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System (QMS), which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

We have invested in technology and innovation to support our policy of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. We have the following processes and procedures in place to help ensure the quality of our work;

  • Regular gathering of and monitoring of customer feedback
  • Selection of employees, associates and suppliers against set criteria
  • Training and development for staff
  • Risk assessment against each project
  • Dedicated project management for delivery
  • Detailed processes and procedures captured in a quality manual

We endeavour to meet our policy of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction through; regular management reviews; measurement of the performance of our suppliers and associates against set criteria; the signing of confidentiality agreements before commencing work; measurement of the effectiveness of any training given to our employees; and monitoring of customer complaints.

Our policies are accessible via our website and we expect our associates and suppliers to have their own policy and for it to have similar philosophy of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Mark Wing is ultimately responsible for all Quality in the organisation. This policy is reviewed annually at our Executive Meeting in August, but its effectiveness is measured during our day-to-day monitoring of our QMS and any changes are made and communicated as necessary.

In recognition of our statutory duties in accordance with the provisions of the Health & Safety at Work, etc Act 1974 and other legislation relating to Health and safety we will take all reasonably practicable measures to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all our associates at work.

We recognise that the control of all health and safety matters arising from work activities is not only an essential feature of our efficient operation, but is also a civil and statutory obligation. As an organisation we are responsible and it is our policy to;

  • Provide within the framework of law and of good practice, safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all our associates and suppliers, visitors and others.
  • We also recognise that we are responsible for the health, safety and welfare of other people who may be affected by the business in the understanding that all our associates and suppliers also have a responsibility under this legislation to work in a safe manner so as to prevent accidents to both themselves and others.

We take the issue of health and safety extremely seriously. It is our intention to provide, so far as is reasonably practicable, a safe working environment for all our associates and others by; providing safe systems of work; providing and maintaining safe office equipment; providing a safe place of work with safe access and egress; providing for safe use, handling, storage and transport of all articles and substances used; providing a healthy and safe place of work; providing adequate and sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision.

Our policy complies with the current legal requirements and will be updates as appropriate. However, all our staff, associates and suppliers are empowered to take necessary action should they believe that health and safety is at risk.

The allocation of duties for safety matters and particular arrangements are set out in our procedures manual and regular health and safety discussions are held as appropriate.

This policy is reviewed annually at our Executive Meeting in August and on a regular basis in the light of new knowledge, changing legislation, and changes to the procedures within the organisation.
