

Project: Brand positioning, visual identity and creative brief for community website.
When: 2004
What: The LDA required a brand identity for a new online portal it was creating for businesses that service the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions industry based in London South Central.
How: Worked closely with the steering team (business representatives) and the LDA strategy team to create a vision, value proposition, brand positioning for the portal and a contact strategy to raise awareness. Oversaw the creation of the identity and implementation across website, communications and merchandising.
Outcome: Membership for this new network grew rapidly in the first six months, exceeding LDA targets and helping to make initiative a success. London Mice is now a respected online network community.
