Project: Proposition workshop planing and facilitation.
When: 2005
What: The SSU (Strategic Support Unit) of the IDeA, which reports into the ODPM (Office of the Deputy Prime Minister) asked Marque Wing to plan and facilitate a team building workshop to address the following; Identification of the SSU’s value proposition; Definition of the SSU’s fit under the Efficiency Services (ES) umbrella; Priorities against ES, IDeA strategic objectives, ODPM priorities and mainstreaming agenda; Start planning the route to self-sustainability or Identification of tools required to build the road to self-sustainability
How: A one day creative workshop in Maidenhead.
Outcome: A clear compelling proposition and a positive joining up of team capabilities.
