What: Help an event management organisation to define the distinctive nature of its offering in relation to the competition, to gain a more confident foothold in the market place.
How: SWOT analysis of market positioning and supporting service offerings. Worked closely with senior management to reposition the business proposition as "Precision in the Art of Communication". Created a whole new look & feel for the business including identity, office space and location, signage, stationery, marketing material, website, etc.
Outcome: Business regarded as more strategic, moved into larger office space and acquired a similar business in New York to service US clients.
