Project: Review of intranet, in collaboration with Nucleus
When: 2005
What: A review of the C&W intranet site and how useful it is as a tool for employees worldwide. Also a review of Sales Manual – online tools for sales people.
How: Carried out both qualitative (telephone
interviews) and quantitative (on-line survey) reviews,
to build a clear picture of the global perspective.
Outcome: Clear set of objectives and design brief established, to help transform both the intranet and the sales manual (as two separate projects) from the
complicated resource they had become, into the simpler, more effective resource they needed to be.
