Mark Wing

The team is led by Mark Wing who is a senior brand consultant for both image and culture and has been behind the development of some of the world’s best known marques of excellence: BT, Castrol, GM, Granada, Metalbox, Movenpick, ScottishPower, Shell, to take a few organisations more or less at random.

Mark graduated in 1985 and has always been in the business of managing brand communications for large blue chip clients. He worked with Enterprise IG for 7 years and Wolff Olins for 6 years before becoming Head of Design at Conran Design Group. He then worked as a digital brand strategist, helping clients like Scottish Power and Direct Line define the desired customer experience for their online services.

He has also worked on a series of culture change programmes for FCO, Lloyds TSB and O2, helping to define how the principles that drive an organisation and its people are aligned to the brand promise.
